Pinnacle Pines boasts a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, with noise levels from streets and surrounding areas kept to a minimum. The neighborhood offers a variety of housing options including duplexes, townhouses, and apartment buildings, with many dating back to the early 1990s. Moving around the area by bicycle is convenient due to its mostly even terrain, making many destinations accessible with ease. Parking within the neighborhood is generally abundant, supporting the car-friendly nature of the area. While more extensive transit options and nearby schools are located in other parts of the city, Pinnacle Pines’s calm environment creates a peaceful living setting.

Pinnacle Pines offers an unique mix of areas that are both busy and quiet. Although this part of Flagstaff is not known for its vibrancy, with the bars in nearby neighborhoods, it is very difficult to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located very far. At the same time, this area is wonderful for those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere, as the streets tend to be especially peaceful.
